What is the return/exchange policy?

Items purchased from ShopHistemo.com must be returned to ShopHistemo.com. We can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from ShopHistemo.com. and must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of product and with the original sales receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.

1. We do NOT cover shipping costs for general returns.
2. If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email info@histemousa.com to request a return label.
3. Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value.

Refund processing can take up to 7-10 full business days.

There is no free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska and Canada under any circumstances or promotion ShopHistemo.com. will not ship to P.O. Box address.
